I've been using something called the MetaSystem that's been around for a long time. Usually I don't like taking pills but this was recommended by a friend of mine and it turned out to be very effective. I've lost weight, (am still losing weight), I feel energetic without any jittery or speedy feeling, and it's natural (just herbs).
