Hey everyone, i'm lookin to see if anyone
here can help me.
I am 21 years old and when i get an
erection i find that the shaft is hard but
the knob is still soft. This problem is
not only when i masturbate, i have had
several encounters where the knob is soft
during sexual intercourse, I was going to
narrow it down to stage fright but stage
fright when i'm masturbating????? I'm
wondering if this is normal with most
guys.
I realised that i do not get asoused
without fooling around and foreplay with a
girl, i cannot simply take a girl home,
clothes off and go straight into sex. Is
it regular for most guys to need some
stimuli first?
I am iron deficient so i'm wondering if
that has any effect on the situation. I
also go day to day having to fight off
passing out when i'm at work or just
hanging out, for example, I will be at
work and if i'm idle for a moment i get
the sensation as if i'm heavily falling
asleep, my body goes limp for a moment as
if i'm about to pass out. This sensation
is accompanied by head spins, dizzyness,
hazy vision and an inability to
concentrate.
Could any psycological issues be affecting
this? Or am i just unhealthy?
Can someone please help me out?

How soft is soft? Does it not harden at
all or do you mean it's just not as rigid
as the shaft? My glans (the head of the
penis) will harden, but the shaft is
usually much more rigid. A squeeze of the
shaft will not lower rigidity, but the
glans can have the blood easily pushed out
of it, so in that sense it would be
softer. Though, still hardened.
Every person is different when it comes to
sex and arousal. Some men get instant
erections from the slightest touch or
inkling that they'll be having sex. Others
need mental arousal or physical touch.
Women are the same. Some need plenty of
foreplay and others will quickly become
wet.
As for your dizziness, etc. that's
something you need to see a doctor about.
You already know you're iron deficient,
but have you talked to a doctor about
these symptoms? Have you corrected your
iron deficiency? Many different things can
cause those things, so you'd have to get
tested.
