My penis isn't like a 90 degree angle out,
it's more like a 45 degree up when
erected. It has a little upward curve to
it too. It's not that it would be
impossible to have sex, I'm just curious
is this would create a lot of problems for
the girl.

This is normal. The angle of your erect
penis allows for the correct penetration
angle withoug a lot of "aiming" and
repositioning. Other men with a lower
angle have to adjust the angle upwards by
hand in order for it to penetrate at the
proper angle. You can just lie down on
her and without thinking it will just
slide in where it's supposed to go. This
angle is described in some medical texts
as the "normal" angle although the truth
is that the normal angle is a very wide
range. In different healthy men, the
erect penis varies from 45 degrees
downward to 45 degrees upward. The upward
curvature of your penis is not abnormal
either. About half of men have some
upward curvature on their erect penis.
Some women prefer this as it presses into
the area known as the g-spot when
penetrating a woman from the front. The
drawback to both of your attributes is
that, although both or your attributes
will improve intercourse from the front,
they will present less pleasureable angles
and pressure points when penetrating a
women vaginally from the rear. So, just
drive 'em crazy from the front!
