Q: Using Clomid And Basal Temp to Conceive

Hi, does anyone out there have any experience with clomid and basal temperatures. I have been charting and have had a temperature rise the day before yesterday on cycle day 16. Do we still keep trying or are the most fertile days past? Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks!
