I am diagnosed with a Bicornate Uterus. Although I have never had difficulty getting pregnant - I have had a history with late miscarriage. I am writing this post for anyone who may have this condition. It is an anomaly at birth (birth defect that we are born with) - what you may not know is that it is assocociated with anomalys of the renal system. Please be sure to ask your DR. about getting an IVP. After my bicornate diagnosis, it was suggested I get an IVP. It ends up I also have a birth defect of the kidneys that contributed to putting my body into hyrdonephrosis during pregnancy. This put my pregnancies as well as my own health at risk. I now have two healthy children and carried the pregnancies to term - wishing you the best.
