I am a 37yo male. I can't ejaculate w/o vaginal sex. I don't have a problem getting an erection or staying hard. As a kid I had wet dreams, but they consisted of me getting ready to climax and then grabbing my penis and running to the bathroom to let it out. I did not know masturbation and ejactulation was apart of life and healthy for me to do. To this day I have never been able masturbate and ejaculate. I have been frustrated all my life with this, but just thought it was a part of who I was. Now, my new wife is getting really frustrated. She gets upset that she can't get me to climax either by hand or orally. The problem is that I can not climax unless I am have sex with a woman and am inside her, and here lately my climaxes have gone down to about once a month, even though we have sex almost every day. . Please help

I thought it might be a medicaiton I take, but since I have had this problem long before I was ever on medication I doubt that is it?

I don't think it is a low sperm count, beause in March we had sex alot and the one time I ejaculated she got pregnant.

Lots of sex........minimal cum. Sad

Frustrated in Texas

Have you talked to a doctor about this? They're often very helpful when people have problems.

Many men complain of pe, but there are also a lot of men like you out there, so I'm sure there's something a doctor can do to help you.

How are aware you of your pelvic floor muslces? These are often called the PC muscles, but it would be more correct to call them BC muscles for males. These are the muscles that you would use to hold in urine, or defecation even as there are more than just one muscle. Strengthening them can also affect erection rigidity.

Many men, including myself find these muscles trigger ejaculation. I too could receive oral (except by the really talented) and handjobs and not ejaculate. However, I can contract these muscles and trigger ejaculation. I believe I read somewhere that it presses on the prostate which triggers emission. I also use these muscles when masturbating to reach orgasm. Contracting them I can masturbate in under a minute. If I didn't I give up out of boredom. During sex they contract almost naturally because of the difficulty of keeping them relaxed from the pleasure, the movement and position.

So try to exercise these muscles. You can find many programs online. Search PC muscles or kegels. Realize that relaxing them is important too, so don't just try to hold them as long as you can.

Another thing to mention is Histamine levels. Men and women with low levels have more difficulty in achieving orgasm, while those with high levels have the opposite. A doctor can check your levels.

Edit: Although you had the problems before medication, there are still medications that could cause it. So if you still have problems, look into it.

You can start there and ask for a recommendation to go to a doctor who deals more specifically with men and their sexual health.
