Q: Rapid Cycles

What are the most rapid cycles? I read once if youo cycle every two weeks then you are considered rapid or ultra rapid.

I have found that I don't stay in one mood very long. I seem to be more reactive. If someone praises me, I am on top of the world. If someone says I did something wrong, I am a worthless loser who should be beaten and shot. I don't over react, but my response is too much. I feel too good and too bad.

I have found I can push myself into mania with coffee or anything with caffeine.

One Second At a Time
Im newly dx bp I mixed with psychotic features. bummer. I swing about 3 or 4 hour intervals and I cry everyday. I too use caffine to keep me in the Upswing as long as possible and sometimes I stay up too long and get angry and start blaming others or myself which then sends me plummeting into the depths. I think I need a support system of people I can call just to get the positive statement to help keep me from swinging tooo out of control. God Bless you we need it.
