I have this problem. Some times I cant sleep. I sleep for 2 hours and then I wake up and cant sleep any more.
Some times, I sleep all day.
What could be the cause of this? Could it be that I am working nghts? Maybe my biological clock is messed up?

I think it could be a combination of a messed up biological clock and possibly insomnia. Talk to a doctor about prescription sleep aids to help set your sleeping system straight.

I have the same problem but I don't work nights, I just can't fall asleep at night, then I am exhausted and take a two or 3 hour nap and wake up again and can't sleep for 15 hours straight it's a vicious cycle for me. I am going to the doctor tomorrow to get a physical and I am going to go through my laundry list of stuff with him. I will let you know what he says
