Removing the Floater Ribs

Is it possible to get your floater ribs removed so your waist is a lot smaller? Even though I have an hourglass figure(38C-28.5-39), I'd love to have the shape of Sophia Loren when she was younger! I would like to get this done but I don't know if it's even possible.
