It's a little unusual, but I don't know that it's bad for your health. Some women only get a period once every few months, so I can't imagine having a one day period would be any worse than that.

If you're having sex, then you could be pregnant. The only way to know is to take a pregnancy test.

If you're concerned, you could talk to your ob-gyn about it.

I see no reason to panic at this point. Even a period that's always been regular before can suddenly change in duration, heaviness, color, clots, and when it comes. Most periods last three to five days, but some do last shorter or longer. There are many things can change your period.

If you're concerned, make an appointment with your ob-gyn. If you're sexually active, she would also be able to give you a pregnancy test.

Hello Ladies,

Not to be gross, but are you spotting, or does it seem like a regular cycle just lasted one day? I had that happen to me once, and it was just old blood, at first I thought it was implant. bleeding, but went to the dr. and found out otherise. I would consult ur RE or Gyne, if you have any further concerns.
