Q: Eating Bananas Causes Bad Circulation ?

I realized this several weeks back, and have since then stopped eating bananas until I can find out a actual reason why that is, and through my several weeks of sporadic researching and looking for an answer, I have still not come across a possible cause for this. I already {through family genetics} have bad circulation, which causes my hands to turn deep blue and purple and sometimes parts of my fingers black, but I found that when I would eat a banana the discoloration would be much worse, with an addition of severe hand numbness only in my left hand {and on a few occasions on my right as well} which would normally last for about 3-4 hours. Since I have stopped eating bananas my cicrulation has gotten much better, and my hands have not been numb at all.

Does anybody have a possible insight to this?

My consumption of bananas was about 1-3 a day.

Have you been tested for any allergic reaction to them?

Me too!
I've been eating around 10 bananas per day and my circulation is deplorable. If you ever found out anything, please get back to me. I didn't get it until once I ate a couple and I got very cold after.
