hi im an 18 year old female and i've been expirancing alot of hair loss.. my hair is thinning out.. when i put it in a pony tail its like half as thick as it once was.. i have to clean my hair brush out almost after every brushing because theres hair coming out of it.. im not stressed, atleast i dont think i am... what else could be causing this and how can i put a stop to it?

I'm 19, and I had this same problem a couple of years ago. I went to the doctor and she thought I could be anemic (low iron levels). I had a blood test, and that's what the problem was. So I had to take iron supplements, and eat foods with more iron, it seems to have solved the problem.
