dear doctor,

please let me know why do i feel uneasiness/pain in my left testicle whenever i get horny or try to masturbate. it has been happening since around 3 months.

It is hard to say what is wrong with your testicle without a physical examination, at least. You can visit your primary health provider to request such an exam and then a urologist, if necessary.
