According to your height and weight your BMI (body mass index) is 27.6 which means that you are clinically overweight. You can healthily aim to decrease your weight by at least 16 lb. The most important thing required for losing weight is to have a strong will. You'll need to overcome the desire to eat sweets and find physical exercises that resonate with you. Whatever you do: start small but practice regularly. In the end, perseverance and time will reward you in whatever you set your mind to do.
