Think that nthin matters..n be open..try
to say abt u to sum1...sum1 u trust...
U hav frnds rite?
talk to them abt U...
If U feel free to talk with me..then pls
do it...I wish to know abt U...dont keep
Ur probs inside ur mind..it simply makes
the situation worse...
I too have a lot of probs....My
frnds....recently asked me abt tht...Aftr
5 or 6 yrs..I became open..I talked to my
best frnd abt me....But unfortunatel due
to some probs I happened to leave my
skool.i.e I parted frm my Best frnd...I
felt sad but am okay..I feel that there's
sum 1 who know abt me in this world....So
just be open to sum1...Try to say abt
U...
Trust me...I was also sum1 like U....just
2 or 3 days before...Now am a bit
happy.......
BUT FRND...its u hu hav to take
decisions....I just guided U thts all...
How old r U..am a small gal...I dunno abt
U..bt still hope U hear me...
Try to talk with sum one..abt U..
If U dun wish to talk to sum1 U knw that U
feel that U may get betrayed..Then try to
talk with me....or sum1 U feel that
confident to talk with....
THAT S THE ONLY WAY TO GET RID OF
SADNESS...

Hi there Ashley. You did the first part
by reaching out on these forums, so keep
your head up. So many times when we are
sad something is making us sad....like bad
grades, fighting with our parrents or
relationships. One of the first parts of
finding out how you feel is take a step
back and look at the obvious....are your
feeling physicaly good etc. Dont stress
about it 2 much, but for now we cant say
too much because we dont know more
details....feel free to spill your guts
here, everyones very welcoming and this is
a very safe place to talk.
So welcome and keep your head up. ^_^

make a blog.... tell all the problems u
want/ get a fake online identity... who
cares.... and put it out there... or just
simply talk to yourself write them down on
a peice of paper everytime they fill up
your brain
and smoke sum mj n avoid other hard
drugs... that should really help according
to my personal experiment... also get
involved in reading....
get a book called "today matters" by John
C maxwell... overall it is a very useful
and hintful book
have aplan for your life and future

Hi, Ashley.
I kind o' second what imaginary, Color of
Paper, and randomguy1 say.
A big problem is if there is no one you
feel comfortable talking to, about what
you are facing. So it's good you've given
us a try. I'm sure the problems matter,
even without knowing exactly what they
are.
In another forum, and using a different
name, I can say a lot more than I can say
where people know who I really am. So I
say a little bit, and wait for the
criticism and condemnation . Know what? It
never comes .
I get, you know, friendly comments. People
seem to understand. That is such a relief
sometimes, just to have someone say "I
understand" or "Calm down." It helps me a
lot.
I think as you read what folks have to say
to you about what you said your problem
is, you'll feel better, too, just knowing
we are listening to you. Even if we don't
have the Ultimate Best Solution, we can
help you carry some of the weight of the
problem.
