A 27 year old man is not meant to carry 600 pounds, nor is his heart meant to pump blood throughout it, either. I would bet the farm he is hypertensive. Excessive nosebleeds are not a good sign.

Yikes, that can't be healthy! I'm gaining a few pounds during my pregnancy and am concerned. He should try some natural ways to lower his BP. The last thing he would want to do is add medications, i would think. I've heard of the resperate. Heard it's a great way to lower your bp without meds. Anyone else?
