My lab results show abnormal but I don't know what looks bad.
This is the 1st time at this docs office so they have no history to go by and I am scheduled to go back in a month.
Total cholesterol:204
LDL:145
HDL:37
kidney functions:normal
Glucose:101
TSH:1.67
triglycerides:100
I see the cholesterol could be a bit lower and know to use good oils (olive, flax) natural pb,avacados, oatmeal, etc. and I do. Also the HDL I hear should be 40 so its a bit low and I need to add more exercise. Right now I get 1.33 miles on my Gazelle and thats for 15 minutes at speeds over 6.0 w/175 calories burned appx. 3x week. Needs to be more I know.
Is there anything that jumps out at you? What are normal glucose & TSH (what is this anyways?) suppose to look like?
Thanks in advance for any & all help!
