I have chronic ovarian cysts...not PCOS, I just make cysts frequently. The first one I made did not go away for a year and I had to have it surgically removed. Obviously, I am worried because now I suspect I have a good sized one on each ovary. I have read in several different places that taking 500mg of vitamin E and 50mg of vitamin B-6 can reduce cysts or even make them go away. Does anyone know if that is true?
