Okay, im not sure, but what ive seen in porno movies. When the guy ejaculates, its like he's milking his penis. Like pushing out whatevers inside to shoot out. Now, I myself masturbate by stroking my penis, which I think is the standard way, but the thing is, when I cum, I cant seem to milk it out. Its like the way im holding my penis is holding back the sperm. So, I resort to gently pressing the sides of my penis just below the head with both my hands.
