I'm in pain Posted: 06-25-07 07:40am
Hello,
About 2 years ago i started getting pains
around my anus. I thought at first when i
looked i had a small cut on it as it was
red so i thought i will see how it geos. 3
months down the line the pain got worse so
i decided to go doctors, he had a look and
done the usuall checks and couldnt find
nothing and suggested it might be a cut
and gave me some cream to put on it. So
that didnt work. so then about 6 months
later still got pains and decided to go
back again. I then got told it could be
scratch. Imo this is really winding me up
due to it would of healed. Today im going
back to the doctors as the pain has got to
the point where i have had enough and its
making me depressed as i cannot do
anything without hurting. I have a few
weird whight bumps/spot looking things
just inside, you have the part my cheaks
and pull back the skin to see them, theres
3-4 and there like whight. Basically when
i go toilet and or my anus wet i start
getting pains. They ease off the next day
as they have rested over night but the
next day the min i get my anus wet or go
to the number 2, i start getting bad
pains. When i walk or what ever the only
time they do not hurt as much is when i
sit down and part my cheaks. The doctor
who kept telling me its a scratch told me
mum nothing was wrong with her with her
bad leg in january she died of cancer and
he said nothing was wrong with her. He
tried telling me a scratch that has been
giving me pain to the point where i hate
getting up in the mornings because i get
so much pain is through a scratch. I am
only 16 and going back to the doctor today
and refusing to leave untill they find
somthing wrong. Could someone try and help
me out please as i have had enough, i
struggle to move sometimes due to so much
pain?? I struggle to walk.
Just so you know how much pain it is, its
like a knife cutting you

It sounds to me like you might have
hemorrhoids although the doctors should've
been able to diagnose that easily. Do you
feel any inflammation in the anus area?
Does it feel like it burns?

Hello, sorry i have only just replied. I
went doctors and he gave me this cream as
he tried telling me it was a cut. He told
me to go back in a week if no change (
which there isnt ) so im going to go back
sometime this week coming or the
following. He did have a look but reckons
he couldnt see nothing apart from it being
red and looking sore.
Yes it feels like it burns and sometimes
it feels like its weaping, as i may have
mentioned hurts when i walk, sometimes i
have a job to walk as it gives me so much
pain.

Sounds like an anal fissure to me.....I've
had a few and yes, there is excruciating
pain...A couple of things I have tried in
the past and have helped. Believe it or
not, Tinactin (foot cream).....got that
suggestion from someone else...and worked
sometimes....if it heals cuts in
feet...why not in but???
Also would get wheat germ capsules, poke
it open and put oil on butt sore. (Do this
anytime you use bathroom). Do a search
under "fissures" on the
internet......Also, sit in a bathtub with
warm water for as long as possible, as
many times as possible......this will go
away. I know the pain.

Hmm you did mention you had this sort of
thing a few times, if this is the score
then you know that water annoys and makes
it hurt

Ok back from doctors once again. He gave
me some more of the same stuff
Scheriproct.. not only was he the worse
doctor in the world, he told me there isnt
a cure for everything what deos he want me
to do about it ( " litterly, what hes a
doctor " ) and reckons it takes 3-4 weeks
when the box says only use 7 odd days,
what is going on?

I would suggest getting a second opinion
from another dr. Good luck! Keep us
posted!
