Hi

Hope someone out there can help. I have been having pain for the past 3 months. The pain will start in gums and then on to my throat, when it moves to my throat it will make my asthma worse. I also get pain in my ears like a probing feeling
I have to get an operation on my nose because of a twisted bone on my nose which is giving me sinus problems and pain. I am also taking dizzy spells.
I also have bad heart burn.

This problem is starting to get me down, the doc has sent my for test on my heart which came back clear.

Can anyone advise me on how to get to the bottom of this problem

Almost all of these symptoms are so random that they probably aren't all connected. The pain in your throat making your asthma worse could just be that your muscles are tensing which can mimick early asthma symptoms. Heartburn problems can make asthma worse as well. If you are having sinuse problems that could be why your ears are bothering you. They are all connected. Just talk to your doctor to ease any concerns you have.
