You can't take it back, what's done is done. You have three options; keep the baby and raise it as your own, continue with the pregnancy and give the child up for adoption or have an abortion. Parents will be angry you can hardly blame them but you can't turn back time, if you keep the baby either to raise as your own or give up for adoption then they obviously need to know

Do you know for sure that you're pregnant. . . . ???
You need to know that for sure before you start freaking out about things. My mom was upset when I first found out I was pregnant but that takes getting used to on both sides. It's something you need to disscuss with the father and your parents.
If you really are pregnant you need to see a doctor and go over your choices.
Blessings to you and yours.
Hope everything works out.

well then you don't know you're pregnant.

your cycle could be messed up from change in your diet or stress. wait a few more days and take another test so you know for sure.

the mind can play tricks on you and make you think you're experiencing symptoms, but who knows, you might really be pregnant. just take another test in the next few days.

maybe you should go to the doctors and get a blood test done, they are more accurate
