i had robotic surgery to remove my prostate 8 weeks ago. i only have a tiny bit of urine leakage occasionally and have tried to have sex 2 times since my surgery. both times when i climaxed, i released a good amount of urine. is this normal and has anyone been through this before? does it get better or will it always be this way when i climax? my wife and i had sex last evening and this happened again.

Urine leakage is not uncommon for the first two to three months after surgery from what I hear. Definitely let your doctor know about this and any other symptoms though.

Robotic Surgery For Prostate Cancer
Surgical removal of the prostate and surrounding tissues (radical prostatectomy) has long been recognized as one of the most effective forms of therapy for prostate cancer. A conventional radical prostatectomy involves an open incision across the abdomen. Laparoscopic prostatectomy represents a major advance in the treatment of prostate cancer by offering men a less-invasive alternative to traditional surgery.
