Is there any connection to yeast and gout. I read on line that in your diet yeast can be a problem. I am 30 and a nursing mom who has had a bit of a yeast problem on my breasts. A few days ago I started having a very painful big toe joint and have to walk very gingerly to avoid putting pressure on the ball of my foot, the symptoms are very simalar to gout does anyone know if there is a connection?
