Ok so...I started my period May 24th my husband and I had sex about 6 or 7days later. I started feeling like I was getting a bacterial infection so I started using sum gel med that u have to incert in. About 2days later I started having sum brown stuff which was exactly 14 days after my period. The next day it got red like a period but then the 3rd was basically gone. I stoped using the med on the 3rd nite of using it because I thought I could be pregnant and having implantation bleeding. My stomach has been cramping, i've felt sick, VERY tired and my breast have been sore off and on. 2days b4 I was suppose to start I started spotting brown...no red at all. I mainly only see it once a day if I use the bathroom or have intercourse. A few days b4 I was suppose to start I started feeling like I was going to ANY minute but never did!!!!I waited until I was suppose to start just 2days ago and took a test, neg...then took one again today, neg. So now I'm 3days late and have NO idea whats goin on. If anyone has any comments please let me know. Thanks sooo much!! Oh and by the way we are trying!! Confused

Those do sound like early pregnancy symptoms, and you are late on your cycle, which is promising. My only early symptoms really were feeling like my period would start any minute (period-like cramps) and pink/brown spotting the first week after my period was late. However, that infection you had could have delayed your ovulation, and if ovulation is late, your period can be late.

I would test again once your period gets to be a week late. Some women take awhile to build up HCG in their urine. Also, maybe try testing with an early results test (those are more sensitive and detect lower levels of HCG hormone) such as First Response Early Result or Answer Early. If you still have a negative test in a week and no period, go to the doctor and get a blood test done. That is the most definitive way to tell whether you are pregnant or not. Good luck!
