Q: Pregnant Or Not Pregnant

i have all the symptoms of being pregnant such as tender breasts, nausea, tired and of course my periods have been messed up. my last normal was may 5 but i have been spotting since then. always during intercourse. the bleeding stops shortly after. i have taken a pregnancy test a month ago and it came back negative. either i took the test too early or something else is going on. if anyone has any advice i would appreciate it.
