My five month old has less flexibility in her hips than other children... She has no problem bending her legs from front to back, but to spread her legs in order to change her diaper is another story. her legs from knee to knee only bend out in a 90 degree angle and it seems most children can bend them near 180 degrees. I spoke to our health care physician and he told us it was fine... However my mother who has had a lot of experience in the day care field is not convinced and thinks I need to take her to a specialist and also to get an x-ray. Is this somthing I should be worried about? and is it something I should have a second oppinion on?
