before bedtime. Are people not doing this?
Also read on the bottle that it shouldnt
be taken if pregnant...what if you don't
yet know if you are pregnant but have been
trying. Does anyone know if I should take
it on Day 1 of my period or wait till the
period is over. I don't want to take it
now as I'm not sure if I'm pregnant.
Anyone know?

I don't know anything abot Ovulex, but my
gyno and a friend who is in the womens'
health profession said that to get
pregnant to have sex every other day. That
gives the sperm a chance to replenish I
guess.
