I am 16, Not overweight and I am pretty
athletic, I am a bigger guy and I have
muscles but it seems i am carrying around
a little extra fat. I have washboard abs
but it seems like there is the thinnist
layer of flub covering them( if i pull
down the skin on my stomach i can see my 6
pac)
so i was wondering if I ate just carrots
and drank water for a few days and
excersized alot would i lose just enough
wieght for them to show?
Im Thinking 5-10 pounds?
