Q: Testicles

I am 16 and am worried about my left ball it is smaller than my right and there is like vein/worm like things inside the sack with. I feel no discomfort at all.
What could it be.

as for one being smaller than the other, I'm pretty sure that is okay. It will probably even out within the next few years, or it might not.
As for the vein/worm you definetly should get that checked out by a doctor!
