im 19 yeah late i know, heard it was much harder but i needed it done

well so far im doing very well, the only problem is when i wake up in the mornings theres a lot of blood accumulated in the back of my throat when i hack it up and cough it out one of my scabs tends to come off... it his causes bleeding and it goes on for about 2 hours sometimes 3... its not heavy enough to return to the hospital but its uncomfortable... is there anyway in which to stop the bleeding faster? im not looking for a miracle cure just something to slow it down so i can get back to sleep when i wake up bleeding at 2am

i've been using my own little method i thought up and thats gargling very very cold water, its soothing and helps clear out the gunk and sometimes stops the bleeding.. sometimes it doesn't help though... are there any better ways i can try?

i would say when u wake up with the blood instead of hacking or coughing it up, try at that point to gargle with water. maybe then you wont tear the scab and it wont bleed any more
