If you are not sexually active, you probably don't have an STD. "STD" stands for sexually transmitted disease. That means a disease you get from sexual activity with someone who has that disease. So I doubt you have genital warts. Some bumps are very normal around the genitals, others aren't. If you're worried, you could ask your doctor.
