i noticed a bump on my left underarm. i inspected it to see if its just another ingrown hair but it looks and feels differently.

its size is comparable to a mosquito bite.
it seems as if its underneath the skin.
when i touch the bump, i feel a "ball" inside it.
there's pain when i touch it but not that much.
its not red. it's color is the same as any part of my underarm.
i just had laser hair removal last week.
i didn't have this bump yesterday. only this morning.
i couldn't see any "eye" or pus on it.
i don't see a "pucture" or any opening either.


any help?!?
