I've been purging (binging and normal eating) for about a year and a half now. I decided to stop a few months ago and have cut down a lot, only binging and purging a few times since. I've had swollen glands for quite a while and I was wondering if they were to do with the purging, even though I stopped a few months ago. Wouldn't they have got better by now? Or have the times I 'relapsed' prevented them from going back to normal?

Thanks.

I am not sure but I think you need to stop purging completely. You are harming your health by doing this. Maybe you could overexercise or eat less to compensate if you overeat, but you have to stop purging.
