Q: Feels Like I Have to Exercise Or I'll Go Insane

Hi all
I've been reading all these post about muscle twitching. I have that all over my body last for 2-3 days then leaves. I want to pull my fingers back and stretch my ankes and wrist non stop! usually occures during PMS. It's a crazy feeling that I have to work out. I've been lifting weights makes the extreme muscle tension leave, but 2 days later if I don't lift weight my body goes crazy. I don't get to the gym more than 2x's a week . DOes anyone know if the weight lifting is hurting or helping the muscle
