Q: Waking Up And Sleeping Back Could Give U Problems?

My sleeping schedule is always varying because of my studies but normally I sleep from 4 am to 12pm. Often enough, I set my alarm to wake me up at 7:30am just to make a wake-up call that lasts no more than a minute and manage to fall asleep as soon as I hang up. But I was told that this could get me serious longterm health problems...What do u think?

Yes, this could give you serious health conditions. Staying up late and waking up early can make your brain malfunction leading to strokes and heart attacks; mainly from lack of sleep. It's okay to do that every once in a while, but make sure you sleep for a full 8 hours! Idea
