While doing over masterbation. Your body learns to have orgasm as quickly as possible(increased desire leading to decreased ability which can lead to premature response.), As a result it causes pemature ejaculation. An average man is supposed to ejaculate after 2.5 to 3 minutes. Some people believe that first masterbation and then sex .If you over ejaculate , your prostate will get inflammed, causing prostatitis, point to be noted is ejaculation gives relief to prostate but over ejacualtion infalmes it. While i never said masterbation is bad or a sin, I always used the word over masterbation. If ur doing it more than three times a weak, its over masterbation.

Masturbating often would help you learn what it feels like when you are approaching orgasm, allowing you to slow down and prolong sexual activity.

Frequent ejaculation is associated with a decrease risk of prostate cancer.

Men of different ages varied in how often they ejaculated, so the team used a lifetime average for comparisons. Compared to the reference group who ejaculated four to seven times a month, "each increase of three ejaculations per week was associated with a 15 per cent decrease in the risk of prostate cancer", says Leitzmann.

"More than 12 ejaculations per month would start conferring the benefit - on average every second day or so," he says.

I have never heard anywhere that frequent ejaculation causes the prostate to be inflamed. I challenge you to reference a credible source for that claim.

Yikes, akon, someone gave you some really awful information.

Masturbation is extremely healthy. As Anne mentioned, frequent masturbation can even lower a man's chances of getting prostate cancer later in life!

There are no bad side effects to masturbation assuming a person does not:

1. Masturbate with sharp objects
2. Masturbate so much that it interferes with the rest of their life

That's easy for most people to avoid, right?

Most men masturbate. Some of them last long during sex, some don't. Either way, it's not a result of masturbation. Sex and masturbation are two different things. If a person lasts for, let's say, two minutes during masturbation, that does not necessarily mean they will last two minutes during sex. I can orgasm in about 30 seconds during masturbation, but I need about five to ten minutes to orgasm during sex. That's because the two things, although somewhat similar, feel rather different.
