"Smegma" is not a diagnosis, and there are no medications for it because it is not a disease. Smegma is something that is found on the uncircumcised penis. That means your mouth isn't making it. So if you notice something in your mouth, it's probably not smegma.

You could ask your doctor for more information, especially if you are sexually active. Never try to diagnose yourself. That can be very dangerous.

I agree with Llewellyn. I am not circumcised and I can simply say you gotta clean yourself properly everyday if it is smegma. From what I've observed smegma is just a buildup of dead shin, perspiration, and possibly ejaculate built up under the foreskin. With circumsized people, their undergarments just absorb most of it. I wouldn't worry about smegma, just make sure you clean yourself properly every time you bathe/shower which in North America the standard is at least once per day after puberty starts kicking in.

I've always ducked into the washroom before engaging in any sexual act, and made sure I gave it a good cleaning. I hardly ever see any, but it does a lot mentally knowing you're good to go, and all cleaned up. Note: smegma smells a bit funky too... so if what you think you have doesn't come off very easily with a bit of soapy water, then it's not smegma.

As for the dots around the mouth, the only way it would be smegma is if you.... well... you know. When i press my lips tightly against my teeth I see little white dots too, but they've been there my whole life, so I wouldn't think too much of 'em (possible nerve endings?), but you can have stds around the mouth. When in doubt, get a checkup...

To much Smegma
When Smegma stops to be Smegma and it's something more?
Like yeat infection or other bacteris etc...

I wash everyday twice a day and I still get good ammount of Smegma.
So the hygiene is not the issue, it has to be something else.

Is any treatment for Smegma, cream or?
If yeast, what cream or medication exist. KISS
What would be logical steps?
Yeast, bacteria, infection, doctor?

If you can help great, but please don't tell me to see a doctor (I know that ready) or get circumcision (no).

TIA
