two years ago i had
a baby girl and since then i have gained
some weight... everywhere. i just wanted
to know is the anyway to loose weight in
your vagina without getting liposuction?
and how could i tighten the in side
muscles down there too?

I basically recommend just loosing weight.
Try eating healthier, and excersising
more. Drink plenty of water, and make sure
you get at least 8-10 hours with your
pillow every night :]
As for making yourself tighter, there are
surgeries that can do that, but it is
risky and very expensive $$$. Personally,
I would be wayyy to scared to do it!

Aiie... definitely don't get surgery down
there.
Kegels can tighten the muscles down there.
The muscles you use to stop a stream of
urine when going to the bathroom are the
kegels, and you can mess around
excersizing those anywhere and any time.
Just general weight loss is the healthiest
option.

They also have kegel balls. They are
weights for your kegel workout. They're
small, weighted balls that you insert -
and then you automatically use your kegels
to keep them from falling out. Kegel
exercises are also very effective in
helping women with incontinence.
I've only seen the kegel balls at a
.Fantasia party - one of those sex toy
demo/sale parties, but they'd probably
have them at adult shops.
