I thought i was the only person going through this, and i see i'm not alone.I really can't stand the smell of cigarettes and now i feel as if i am being forced to smell this Horrible smell.Mine started 2 weeks ago,and monday night i started having problems with asthma, and i started coughing. Why do it have to feel like you are really smoking,is it something in our air doing this or is it our medicines,or something in our food. Embarassed Shocked Confused

I smell smoke and am scared...
I have been smelling smoke in the evening for the last several months. I keep asking my husband if he smells it, however he does not. I do have allergies and take benedryl and Actifed as necessary, however not needed to much lately. I asked my doctor (via email) last evening if he had ever heard of anyone complaining of this AND this morning I got a call setting me up for a EEG and MRI!!!!! What is going on? I am very worried!!! and stressed!!!!!

me too!
i am a 13 year old boy but our landlord downstairs is a smoker. we've lived in our apartment for 1 year now, but he's on vacation. oddly, i smell cigarette smoke wherever i go! i thought i was crazy but it doesnt look like it!

one remedy that really helps is altoids mints. they're so strong they knock out the smoke smell for as long as you can bear to keep them in your mouth.

Smoke Smells?
I have been having the same problem. The other night I was walking home from the bar and started smelling cigarette smoke. I was alone and could not figure it out. I then tripped over a bush and fell on the sidewalk. It was then that I looked down and saw that I was indeed smoking a cigarette. Needless to say, you should always check things out before you second guess them.
