Q: Neurodermatitis Or Lichen Simple

Does anybody know how I can get this cured? I had a little itchy spot on my leg that has now become an enormous spot . It itches, I scratch, it bleeds and it never closes up.
My dermatologist says its caused because of stress. What can I do? Any homemade remedies?
