After a very stressful (emotionally professionally) 3 months - I started feeling run down and my skin and hair are also in not so great condition.
Nearly a week ago I started on a multi vitamin and [removed].
Each morning I have had a Nauseus feeling some cramps (cramps could be work-stress related).
I was just wondering if the vitamins could be taken at night before bed so I can sleep through the side effects until my body is used to them?
