Q: Itch Around Breast

Does anyone know if a itchy rash on the outside of the breast is a symptom of anything/disease, etc. I have not changed soap, deod, laundry, or anything else nor is there a difference in bras. Nothing I have tried has relieved it and it is now on the other breast? Any ideas from anyone.

I had a rash but it went away and now they are swollen and sore. They hurt all the time. Has anyone gave you any information on your rash.
