The first erection of the day is fine, no problems but then after ejaculation, if i get another erection with a few hours (sometime as long as 5-6 hrr after) my penis aches. i would not describe this as pain, more of an ache, and it is not localised to any part of the penis, jst a general ache. the thing is though that i have expereinced this problem litterally as long as i can remember (since i was at least 12-13 yrs old). when erect my penis is stiff, could this have something to do with this, i would appreciate it if you could shed some light on the matter. Thanks

It is normally for a penis in erection to be stiff. Small aches experienced when the penis is fully erected is also normal thing. The most important question is if you are able to have sex or not. You migth be a little obsessed with your penis due to the phimosis you experienced 2 years ago. People who are diagnosed with phimosis experience painful erections and are not able to have sex. Maybe you are still not used to having normal erections.
