Hello i have a gran son who is going to be 3 years old and was bleeding out of the anus on his pamper,, this cannot be normal for a child so young ..

Especially eHealthy

is it caused by a rash or is it in his poop? If there is no rash or any other things visible i would take him to the dr right away..
