Q: Ways to Increase Milk Supply

I have a 3 month old daughter and I only breastfed her until she was a month old. I really miss breastfeeding and I would like to increase my milk supply again. One of my friends had told me to just pump every 2-3 hours and see if that would work. are there other ways to increase your milk supply?

Especially eHealthy
there's a supplement called fenugreek that's supposed to increase your milk supply. i don't know how effective it is once you've let your milk dry up though.

i'll pm you some websites you should check out.

I was the same way. I breastfeed for 2 weeks and once she got to about 3 months I wanted to breastfeed her again. Good luck getting your milk back.

Ways to Increase Milk
I was breastfeeding at first also, and my milk started to dwindle, the Dr. put me on Domperidone and I have been taking it for 3 months now, and my milk is as strong and the day I started.

there is a pill available at your doctor's office that will begin your milk supply. even mothers that adopt children are now able to breast feed them as their own.

How to Increase My Milk Supply
Yes, that is correct...I think it is the domperidone that I take....
My neighbour adopted a little girl from Europe last year and she took the pills before they got her, and she WAS able to successfully breastfeed.
