I've heard of it happening after or during
insertion. But can this happen from
vigorous sexual intercourse? Now I know
what your thinking....no its made to
withstand that, but I am talking pretty
vigorous. You would think it could be
moved around a bit??

It is made to not move around, actually.
It is not at your cervix, it is actually
way up high at the top of your
fundus(uterus top).
I would doubt that vigorous sex would
cause a perforation, but it could cause
pelvic pain, which may lead one to think
it could be a problem =)
