I am looking to not eat for a week in the beginning of July.
This isn't to lose weight (I'm already fairly healthy - 6', 165lbs) and it's not some weird religious thing, I guess I just want to test the limits of my body a little bit and work on self-control.
I am 17 and run 5 times a week (generally 30 - 50 miles - Cross country training), the summer is too short for me to not run during this week. If I take off I won't be in the right shape once the season rolls around.
Basically I am curious to know what kind of potential health risks I am looking at with this.
