"List of pre-existing conditions: pnemonic patch in lungs some 25 yeras back which cured with antibiotics in a months time. bronchial cough 6 months back which got cured in 10 days time with antibiotic & vigrous steam inhalation using stong doses of nilgiri oil. Post cure rendered me intolerant to cold with eye burning when sitting in closed ac room. Post cure also resulted in post nasal drip which never experienced in the past.

Diagnosis that has been suggested: allergy of some kind..... sugar test, chest x ray, urea test, lipid profile ecg etc. conducted...all ok !

Current medical status: ent examined the nasal passage & discovered slight inflamation...got releif with antibiotics, & "allegra 120""also taking homeopathy medecines lile pustilla . hepa sulf & nux vomica

Current medical treatment: allegra 120, vitamin c, homeopathy like nux vomica, puslytilla"

According to the symptoms recorded including nasal drip, nose blocked, phlegm, burning sensation in eyes… you are probably experiencing inflammation of the nose, upper (nasal) part of the throat and maybe sinuses. This inflammation can be caused by infection (viruses and bacteria), allergy and irritation. In your case, all 3 factors are probably present because you reported “relief when using antibiotics”, “allergy of some kind” and “relief and worsening caused by cold/warm”. You can use de-congestive nose-drops and antibiotics in the meantime and if the symptoms persist you can seek help from an ENT specialist.
