you can become pregnant during your period because you are still fertile, it's a lot less likely but it can happen.

you can have your period and still be pregnant because some peole experience implantation beeding around the same time as their period would be due and mistake it for a period

You would know. If it's like any period that u have been having then don't worry. But if it's different they u have something to worry about.
